I'm unhappy with my order, can I exchange it or get a refund?
If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us through email and or Dm on any of our social medias to see how we can help you get what you are looking for. We would prefer to offer an exchange so you will be able to try other products from our store that you might like and a refund will be offered if necessary. Please keep in mind that we are a tiny business, and so we greatly appreciate patience, consideration, empathy and an open mind for trying different products and giving constructed feedback in a professional and compassionate manner. We also want to remind you to keep in mind, everyone has a different experience with all our products and a friendly zero waste tip is to regift an item to a friend if it turns out you do not want the item.
My order arrived damaged - will you replace it?
Please email us and include pictures of the damaged item(s) so that we can file an insurance claim with USPS. Depending on our current inventory stock, we will either replace the damaged item(s) or refund you once you provide photos of the damage.
