Tiny-leaf porcelain flower (Hoya curtisii) plants are characterized by their small green heart-shaped leaves that can be speckled with silver or gray. These creeping vines are delicate but will slowly fill out its new pot with proper care and time! They typically put out small blooms once or twice per year.
