What's included in a store tour?
Groups will receive a private tour of the store, a deep dive into Uvida Shop's story and mission, discussion of the products and refills we stock, and a Q&A session at the end. Let us know if your group has a special interest when filling out our contact form and we can tailor the tour to fit your niche.
When can I schedule a store tour?
We prefer to hold tours on weekdays (Tuesday - Friday) or Sundays during our store hours of 12:00 to 6:00pm. Please note that Fridays are usually the best days for us. We try not hold tours on Saturdays, but can be flexible as needed.

How do I book a tour?
To set up a tour, fill out our contact form with your preferred dates and times and someone from our team will be in contact via email about scheduling.
How far in advance should I reach out about booking a tour?
Please try to schedule your tour at least 2 weeks out from the date you want to visit.
If you want to visit sooner than that, we still encourage you to reach out but please be aware that our availability may be limited.
How many people do you allow on each tour?
There are no limits to how many members can be on the tour. We recommend keeping tours to groups of 15, and splitting up larger groups into two.
Do I have to pay for a tour?
We do not charge tour fees. These tours are free but we really love it when staff and/or students support our small business by shopping from our plastic-free products, refill station, and houseplants.
